By accessing and using SellerLens ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellerLens provides online reselling business management tools, including but not limited to:

• eBay marketplace integration and data synchronization
• Inventory management and tracking
• Order management and fulfillment tracking
• Profit and loss calculations
• Financial reporting and analytics
• VAT calculation and invoice generation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts without an active subscription may be permanently removed if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 1 month. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email before deletion, but are not obligated to do so.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

SellerLens offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans can be found on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. eBay Integration

5.1 Authorization

By connecting your eBay account to SellerLens, you authorize us to access your eBay data on your behalf in accordance with eBay's API Terms of Use.

5.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to ensure accurate data synchronization, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from eBay. You are responsible for verifying all information before making business decisions.

5.3 Rate Limits

eBay imposes API rate limits which may affect data synchronization frequency. We will make reasonable efforts to synchronize your data within these constraints.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the Service to transmit malicious code or malware
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of SellerLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted to or through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of content

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellerLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
